In 2020, the New Jersey Pharmacists Association (NJPhA) commissioned a study of the New Jersey Medicaid Prescription Drug Program, performed by 3 Axis Advisors (the founders of 46brooklyn Research), similar to the 2019 New York study.

Legislators were shocked to discover the practice and financial impact of differential pricing payments on the NJ Medicaid Program. State Drug Utilization Data (SDUD) data indicates that, in 2019 alone, differential pricing payments totaled over $80 million in potential savings, on just 10 limited-access medications.

NJ’s Medicaid patients, providers and taxpayers deserve better! We are close to achieving our goal but need every pharmacy owner in New Jersey to speak with one voice. Please support SaveNJRx PAC.
